I doubt we're truly that few, but in the context of Smash Bros., Olimar is sadly all the series will ever truly need. It's just such a great thing that his execution is so true to the games at the very least.

I made a specials-only moveset! He doesn't focus on Pikmin quite as much as Olimar does.
It also isn't very original, as a lot of these ideas have been said before, so I apologize for that.
Neutral Special: Berry Juice - Louie drinks a flask of berry juice, healing 15%. He starts the match with only 5 flasks, so he should use these sparingly.
Side Special: Pikmin Throw - Louie plucks a Pikmin and throws it immediately, similar to how Kirby's Olimar copy ability functions. The order of Pikmin thrown is random, unlike Olimar.
Up Special: Swooping Snitchbug - A swooping snitchbug appears and grabs Louie. The player can control the snitchbug in a similar manner to how Pit's Wings of Icarus move functions. It lasts about 3 seconds before the snitchbug drops Louie.
Down Special: Ultra Bitter Spray - Louie sprays out a cloud of purple spray, which will petrify opponents. Anybody sprayed will be turned into stone for a few seconds, restricting their movement and allowing Louie to attack.
Final Smash: Titan Dweevil - Louie gets on top of the Titan Dweevil, which goes on a rampage! It stomps around the stage performing many elemental attacks. The rampage lasts about 10 seconds.

There's a thread for Louie support? AWESOME. Also, check out Brawl DX if you're interested in playing as Louie in smash. 
Though he's a semi-clone of Olimar, nothing awesome and fancy like these bug-related movesets.
