I'm surprised that no discussions about stages for this mode have come up yet. I'm going to try posting 2 or 3 stages per world followed by the end world boss.

Punch Out
Stage 1: Doc Louis has the player undergo training in preparation for Stage 2. First you must do a home run contest & knock the sandbag back a targeted distance. Then you must deal a set amount of damaged to a fixtured sandbag within a time limit. Finally, you must follow Doc Louis as he rides through the Big Apple on his bike. You must maintain a steady pace, not rushing in front of the doc nor falling too far behind. The purple guys show up on this stage to distract you. The requirements for passing each excercise depends on the difficulty level. If the player fails an excercise, he'll lose a life & move on to the next one.

Stage 2: The player is in the ring, battling a series of progressingly tougher boxers in 1 on 1 matches. They are in order Glass Joe, King Hippo, Bald Bull, Little Mac &..........

World Boss: Mr. Dream. A real powerhouse fighter, especally on the higher difficulty settings. He blocks most of your regular attacks but is more vulnerable to specials.

Poke'mon
Stage 1: Safari Zone. Tall grass & wide lakes dot the landscape.
Enemies:-Chansey, who'll heal other enemies.
-Archanine, who gives whole new meaning to hot dog.
-Da Purple Guy, you know him.
-Oddish, it hides itself in the grass & use Poison Powder on anybody that steps on it.
-Seaking, leaps out of the water & stabs the player with it's horn.
Stage Boss: Dragonite. He's always in the air & often zooms to the opposite side of the screen. He attacks with diagonal Hyper Beams & Twisters.

Stage 2: Victory Road. Travel through a dimly lit cavern, dealing with the wild poke'mon, huge boulders blocking your path (they can be shattered) & falling stalactites. To help see better, there's an electrode using Flash that the player can roll around but it'll explode if it takes too much damage.
Enemies:
-Golbat, who uses confuse ray to stun the player
-Machop, a simple combatant
-Rhyhorn, a charging enemy
-Geodude, can surprise attack a player that mistakes it for humble rock.
-Rocket Grunt, sinester minion that's been using an electric baton to knock out Poke'mon. He ain't afraid to use it on the player either.
Mid-Boss: Steelix, large serpent like enemy, only his eyes are vulnerable.
Stage Boss: The team of Poke'mon Trainer & Pikachu

Stage 3: Rocket Hideout. A maze of closed off rooms, the player has to use warp tiles to access the different rooms until he defeats the grunt carrying the keycard.
Enemies:
-Rocket Grunt
-Purple Guy
-Mightyhyena, a guard dog.
-Maganite, a living security camera, it'll call for reinforcments if it spots an intruder.

World Boss: Giovanni. He uses a team consisting of Dragonite, Steelix & Cyber Mewtwo. Poke'mon Trainer shows up again this time as a partner.

Star Fox
Stage 1: Using the shooting cursor from the end credits, the player flies through Planet Corneria. The player has a set amount of HP & takes damage from enemies that get too close to the screen.
Stage Boss: Carrier. Not much different from SF64.

Stage 2: Katina. This time the player is using the shooting cursor to protect an AI ally Fox as he fights an aparoid invasion.
Stage Boss: Giant Aparoid. Shooting out it's shield generators expose it's weak points but they're only seen from a side view so only Fox can hit them. Team work is needed in this fight.

Stage 3: Sauria. The player is finally in control of his character again.
Enemies:
-Sharpclaw
-Purple Guy
-Some other original enemies
Stage Boss: General Scales. He can turn invisible, which is more effective here than in multiplayer. Tricky however can sniff him out.

World Boss: Andross. Mid-air platforms allow the player to reach Andross' head but also make him susceptible to being inhaled.

preety interesting idea, I might say that Sakurai should definetly include a shadow moses theme where players go through a "heliport" scenario an try dodging some search light that if you were to get caught then henchmen would pop out and try to hit you
