What are you talking about? He was so freaking epic! If his wings of icarus were able to be reused when getting hit, I bet he would've been a top tier. Even Japan has him as a high tier. The WoI was seriously the only problem with him.

It isn't that he was bad, I just always thought that he was rather awkward to play. I don't like his Side-B, too stationary, and I don't like how you are so fragile during his recovery. Of course it's a matter of preferences depending on what playstyles you like to play, but I wasn't a big fan of how he played in Brawl, he does however look a lot better in SSB4 imo, definitely looks like I'll be able to enjoy him with some new gained mobility with his Side-B, and the Up-B looks more like my style.

True, but if he was able to move around with the Side B move, he would almost be as spammable as MK. I barely used that move anyway (only when I am desperate to win), because I usually rely on his AAA combo to rack up damage. His orbitars and upperdash do look pretty amazing btw.
