Wouldn't it be cool if the Game Awards, like, had this Persona 5 trailer that made you think it was just an ordinary trailer for Persona 5, and then the Phantom Thieves could, like, talk about how Joker from Persona 5 got "invited to steal the greatest treasure of all", but said treasure looks just like an ordinary envelope, at least until Joker from Persona 5 flips the envelope over to reveal the Smash logo in all its glory, which in turn confirms Joker from Persona 5 as a playable character in Super Smash Bros Ultimate?

Wouldn't that be cool, guys?

Imagine if they pulled a Banjo and repeated the Joker trailer until the very end where someone else steals the letter before Joker can. Someone who is also a thief, but in red:

As long as the new character is fun to play as, I won’t mind who it is if there’s a reveal tonight. But what I’m waiting on is seeing any gameplay for Shin Megami Tensei V or at least a release date because it has been 1,000 years since we heard anything.

I'll be bouncing to record myself watching the stream (just in case anything reaction-worthy happens), so I'll just say this:
- I'm going all in on Doomguy being FP5. If I'm wrong, and I most likely will be, then so be it.
- I'm also going all in on BotW 2 being shown off.
- I'm hoping those rumors about a Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie remake are true. I would absolutely love a remake of those games.
- It's a long shot, but I think Mother 3 may actually be revealed at this show.
- I hope you all have a great time, regardless of what happens!

Not gonna make a full prediction, but I'd like for it to be Edelgard, Crash, Frogger, Lara Croft, or Phoenix Wright, if I had to pick a top five.

I have no idea RetrogamerMax but I’m glad things hopefully got sorted. Looking forward to chatting with everyone once everything’s normal but for now this is about the Game Awards. Let’s focus on that and enjoy the winners who win for their great games and whatever gets announced.
