It would really be pretty unfortunate if many of those that signed up couldn't participate.

I would suggest doing uneven tournaments, but have those who signed up earliest get the "free rides" through the first match while the teams who joined last will play normally.

In addition, the 8-team bracket is very strong. Feel free to get your matches done as soon as possible. The best method of contacting your opponent is through AIM, VM, or PM. NOT THROUGH THIS THREAD. Be sure to report the result here, however. Here is the information that you will need to play your matches, although all of this has been in the original post:

Sudsy, you were DQ'd for the reason above that has been in the original post since day one. I am sorry, but those are the rules and I can not make exceptions. Please let this be and respect the tournament organizer's decision. And yes, those rules are for everyone.
