The CPU Characters' Animations

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes the CPUs appear to freeze in place for a very brief moment? I haven't found any way to replicate this.

Haven't noticed this, but it seems like an egregious bug if it exists. Maybe try getting a replay the next time you see it? Also, you might just be imagining it.

This isn't really something that happened recently. Sometimes, it seems that the CPUs can be stuck at the beginning of their walking animation for a bit less than a second. It occurs randomly.

Not really a CPU freezing, but I once saw Master Hand freeze for a second or so right before transforming into Master Core.

I've found this in training mode. CPU's animations will slow down to almost nothing. If you go down to half speed they look like they're quivering in fear. I usually do this by starting training mode, immediately grabbing a Smash Ball, setting the computer to attack and slowing the game speed down

This actually happened when I was playing a Smash battle, mainly at Spirit Track where I noticed a character would stand in front of the train and just stood there doing nothing.

One time I fought a CPU Ness and he stopped doing anything after I causally pushed him off the stage. Twice.

Saved a replay, but the Mewtwo patch broke it.
