Hmm I don't like the ledge roll and getup attack for reasons before and past 100%.
Ledge roll pass 100% is too long and can be very easy to react to when ready or not.
Get-up attack like you said is bad in general although past 100% has so much invincibility that I wouldn't mind using that from time to time. The low damage one can easily never be use in my book. (ledge drop<jump uair or nair are just safer and less predictable.
I don't really like some of the ledge options you listed because some just reset the situation or puts falcon in a rougher situation but then again I might not die for it and I may get back on stage so why not.
