Depends on either the capture card, or the software/settings you use. The computer's specs only affect the performance of your capture card.

just get something with a good video card. Specs definitely do matter. A better gpu is going to make recording way better overall. The capture card isnt even that huge of a deal. Ive used a ****ty $15 capture card and gotten it to look great. For streaming you definitely need a good gpu.

^ That. I would also say something with a decent amount of RAM (Maybe like 6+?) and processing power (possibly 2.3-2.5+?) so all the programs to run properly without dropping frames or anything like that. Internet also plays a roll too.
I would also better capture card isn't a bad idea, but not needed. Since Dazzle only captures at around 30 FPS, and games typically run around 60 FPS, a better capture card will just make the motions/animations smoother looking.

The thing is, YouTube only supports 30 FPS, so I don't see the need in capturing in 60 FPS if you're recording for YouTube....

...unless you WANT your vids to be downgraded by YouTube's ****ty encoding and soon realize that you've wasted HDD space/CPU power...

I play like... Everything. Lol. My main is probably MvC2, which is sad because no one plays it with me.

I'm pretty scrubby at brawl, so thats why im here now. I don't like being scrubby. I main peach, but I may sub her and pick up else.

I've played against Torvus's Toon Link secondary. I haven't played it at an advanced level but I do know the basics:
- Be ready to powershield his projectiles, I consider this the best approach
- He has a good anti air game, so don't carelessly float or use aerials
- Don't try to take him on in the middle of his Dair/Uair animation, you can trade hits but the risk is really high
- Usmash is his main killer

Peach can pressure Toon Link pretty well but his sword can swat her away pretty easily as well. Neither character is particularly heavy so killing is slightly easier for peach here.
