Techchases on Spacies

I was playing around with downthrow on fox/falco and it seems like you could go for the regrab techchase after a spacie techs the downthrow. Is it possible for a luigi to perfectly downthrow techchase a spacie? (like Falcon) It seems like one could do it, but I don't know the specifics.

Up throw is more suitable for chain grabbing spacies as it can be done to higher percents than down throw. However, down throw to pivot JC grab is a great mixup.
