I remember a couple of older threads back in the mid-late 2000s about this. I think husband and wife may have made one, and maybe king (old-school top jiggs for you newer folks here) did one too. If you dig a bit you should be able to find those, and team strategy is one of those things that is sufficiently not dependent on more modern tech advancements that a lot of it should still be relevant.
