After first battle where you get to choose either Mario or Kirby, it fades to black and doesn't come back. Both times I tried this I was doing co-op, FYI.

Project M isn't optimized for the Subspace Emissary yet. For me, it crashes during any stage involving Pokémon Trainer.
Did you reformat your SD card before putting PM on it or did you overwrite 3.0?
