stuck at boot screen

i am stuck at the boot screen can't get past it, the controllers aren't working.
idk if this might be a problem but i have a wii u. once it gets to the boot screen my controllers turn off and they cannot reconnect helps appreciated.

Try going to replays and stay there for a few seconds before going into stage builder.

Also try redownloading if that doesn't work.
