Streaming with hauppauge usb live 2.0 problems

I just bought a hauppauge usb live 2.0 and I also use obs. Does anyone know why obs isnt picking up melee/ hauppauge and what I can do to fix it?

Try the latest version of OBS-Studio: https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases

If it doesn't work then the device probably isn't compatible. Then try Adobe Flash Media Encoder: https://www.adobe.com/products/flash-media-encoder.html
