Stage Hack problems

Hey Im trying to install stage hacks on brawl but the .pac files wont copy to my SD card. Whenever I try that I get a window that says "Are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties?" and I cant copy the file without it loosing properties and it not working.

Ive looked up how to fix this error and apparently the solution is to reformat the SD card from FAT32 to NTFS. When I do that I can copy the file fine but my wii cant read it. so Im kind of stuck.
