All of this can change, some boards don't agree with each others matchups. Some of the character boards haven't even discussed these characters yet (since a few of them are low tier). So I looked up a few match up charts to fill in the blank. Not 100% accurate I can say that.

In the original Luigi had weaker fire balls, his dash attack was inferior, weaker smashes. I'm pretty sure Mario is better. Although, luigi has the omgwtfhax upB, I don't think that makes up for all that.

If you don't like it just subtract 33 from their scores (3 for each of the other 11 characters). That will give you the score as if it were 0-4 marking.

ROOOFL Luigi high tier. He's a piece of garbage...from what i've heard (Sides from up B). I don't 100% get this matchup chart anyways.

Also Mario has an advantage over Captain Falcon.
