If we did I'd say we start at 12:45 EST (in 15 mins.) to give some room for him to show.

Even though I am not hosting this tourney, and I am not able to do it even if I was, you gotta at least have the streamer know what is going on. If this continues for 30 minutes to an hour, go ahead and start I would say. Right now, start forming a substitute host. Prepare them and stuff.

If I am thinking about what you are referring to, the Op made the decision to allow everyone to use two characters the entire tourney.

we cannot change the bracket so it wouldnt matter anyway, not to mention that things were already insane with the character google doc... if the OP doesnt show i say we just move on

I know I have a challonge account so I could remake the brackets there perhaps? Everyone would need to reenter but that could go really fast once we know what's going on.
