I had similar things with Mewtwo doing SH Fair WL causing some effects half FD away

I couldnt reproduce, which isn't saying much as i cant really tell what you're doing other than bubble shield and pause.

Details? Build? mods? read the sticky on bug reporting?

it's simply holding shield out of grounded bubble, it happens if you don't pause I'm just pausing to show off the glitch.

Go to Battlefield, stand on the left glowing circle on the main stage and bubble right then hold shield, you will see a bunch of bubbles everywhere.
