I didn't know Spongebob was old enough to be a childhood favorite now, but then again 10 years is a long time :\

In all honesty, I never liked the show. The humor always felt really crude and forced :\ I group it together with other modern Nick cartoons, otherwise known as "bad." >.>

I hate all the deleted scenes they had on spongebob. For one instance I remember when they used to air the part in the krusty crab training video where it explained all the ingredients of a krabby patty. Now these days when they air it it just cuts away to the credits before its explained. These days it really sounds cut off from the end. There is also a part where spongebob looks outside his window in the episode procrastination and he sees everybody having fun. Now they just skip that part... *******es at nick who make the spongebob take it off.

On another note anybody notice in the episode where squidward goes to boating school that when he went up to the board to say why he was forced to be in boating school spongebob was looking at him dreamily? And when spongebob goes up to tell his version of the story he writes on the board "spongebob and squidward best friends forever" he even dotted his I's with hearts. Im sorry but if the new episodes are clearly showing that spongebob has a crush on squidward I dont think I wanna watch more new spongebob episodes. Im not saying I have a thing against gay people but if they are obviously trying to show that he IS gay and well how do I say this. Any show that has sexual content or innuendos I dont like that much. And I mean actually showing it not like in sitcoms where they are under the covers having sex. I mean more like pornos and what not. Am I bad person because I dont watch it because they are obviously trying to show sponebob is gay?

That's how it was designed. It's SUPPOSED to cut off at the end for the KCTV.

The Camping Episode or The Accident are easily the funniest ones to me. Those were probably the only episodes where I literally laughed out loud. I did think that of the, in my opinion, horrible new episodes that the Sandcastle Wars was a pretty good episode.

I remember that it always used to annoy me that Spongebob was *this* close to getting his boating license, but he never did it. I know it was supposed to be like that, but still....annoying much? The first time he has Patrick on the walkie talkie, I swear, he was like.....ten feet away from the **** finish line! xD

Everything is practically within earshot distance of each other. He walks to and from work like it's nothing. I also noticed that the Krusty Krab is always changing it's location. Sometimes Spongebob & Squidward go left and sometimes they go right to get to work. Whatever happened at the end of the episode where Plankton had a real customer? I never caught the end of it.

Sadly, many of the cartoon stations these days, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and the Disney Channel, have become corrupt and overrun with bad quality shows these days.
Spongebob... I used to enjoy the show quite a lot, smiling at every episode. Yet, the episodes they have today are mostly made of bad ideas for a plot, the same happening to the Pokemon Anime.
Basically, one can determine what the end of the episode shall be these days, and the humour that goes along with it is dry.

I shall always remember the old Spongebob, be well in Bikini Bottom...
