So... who was your first?

I work 2nd shift so I missed the midnight launch, but I have today off and am waiting for my wife to come home with my copy! ARGH! The wait!

I still can't decide who to start with!? I'm so excited to try some of the new characters and veterans alike!

Which character did you rush to try first? Was it a newcomer? Perhaps one of your old mains, or possibly just any other veteran?

I immediately started out with Little Mac in Training Mode at Final Destination. My opponent? Palutena.

I chose Fox first to try out my main in next iteration. Then I chose Link in Classic Mode to unlock Ganondorf. He was was my very first character to unlock for 3DS.

Pac-Man! I saw some of the SHIGaming battles on YT (it's a Japanese tournament) and he just looked so much fun to play, so many mind games with neutral B and the hydrant. Not as fun with a CPU though :/

Funny story, actually. Me (Falcon) and the Lv. 9 CPU went to Sudden Death. After a long and tense wait, I Falcon Punched him and won. I then proclaimed myself the King of Smash 4.

Seriously, he was good. Like...really good. I don't think he's been nerfed. Maybe a little slower, but that's about it.

Second was Ike. Then Robin. Then Sheik. Then Zero Suit Samus. Then Shulk. Then Palutena. Then Link. They're all I've played as at the moment.

During the demo, I first tried out Megaman (I seem to win with him the most). After getting the actual game, I went streight to Sonic to see what changes he had, then Shulk, then Robin.

I used Mario a lot during the demo, but in the actual full game, I quickly went for Luigi and played through Classic Mode. I looked in Training Mode for a bit afterwards where I confirmed that Luigi cannot Wall Jump still for some reason, then went and played through Classic Mode with Robin Boy Wonder and had a grand ol' time with him too.
