Super Smash Bros. for Wii U & 3DS director Masahiro Sakurai said: "Pic of the day. The giant screen in the Boxing Ring stage for Wii U reenacts the multiscreen effect seen in the arcade version of Punch-Out!! Looks like their aliases are displayed on the screen too.

Just when you think this stage can't be anymore ******* AWESOME!!!!! I remember seeing how the screen also showed KO's and place of characters during E3 and was like "Yup here's my stage". The attention to detail is amazing.

Seriously, when I saw this stage being played at E3 it was my favorite and is tied with Magicant and FD for favorite stages. The Wii U version Boxing Ring will put the 3DS version to shame.

I wish Smashboards had a *love* option. Reading that list in chronological order, the "Virus Buster" title for Dr. Mario was the first title that sold me on liking your post. Everything else I didn't mention made me want to idea of loving a post to be real!
