Smash Bros. For Wii U Release Date Announced!

The Wii U version's release date has been announced as of today! Creator Masahiro Sakurai formally announced on Miiverse that Smash Bros. for Wii U will come out on November 21st, 2014. Many had already speculated this to be the case, as there have been several official photo leaks pointing to that date. The official date has been updated on the official Smash Bros. website, with the Wii U side of the website sure to follow close behind.

I feel as though it should be noted that EU/JP get the game on the 5th/6th, so as to not unintentionally get anyone's hopes up, then swiftly crushed.

That said, I'm still in disbelief. November's gonna be such a stacked month. Between Hyrule Warriors/MK8 DLC, ORAS, and still playing Smash 3DS (and that just being Nintendo), I wonder if I'll survive Black Friday at all.
