The Home Run Contest is a single-player game mode that's been around since Melee. It gives players ten seconds to pummel an unsuspecting sandbag, which often ends in a Home Run Bat smash attack! Teitoku06142 is a Youtuber that makes videos about the home-run contest, and has gets pretty awesome results, both alone and with a friend via Smash 4's new Co-Op mode.

I don't know why you would embed that video of all things, since that one is filled with mostly unfinished strategies (hence why he didn't show the final distance on most of them; if you translate the title and description it says "garbage dump"). You could have shown his old 3DS compilation after he reached 100k meters (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xuSS3SNCQZI), or his mini-montages with improvements since the last compilation (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U3Va1NJaJK0), or any of his other interesting co-op combinations that have their own videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKTjFUsN49Y), or his Mewtwo score that he got on day 1 that still hasn't been improved by much (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPle6SCW3xk).

Oh, and since it was not mentioned, 1-P Co-op means that he controls both of the characters by himself at once.

Edit: Also, to the article creator, co-op HRC is not a new mode, it was in Brawl as well. And to everyone commenting, there is no way to TAS either Wii U or 3DS games at this time.

at risk of stating the obvious, I'd like to point out that I wasn't saying it is TASed, just that it looks so impressive I imagine a TAS would be similar.

When it comes to ganon and captain their punch works better than bat at high percentages at low percents bat does work better but in HRC when using either of them its best to go for punch
