Smash Wii U Sm4sh Error Code ( 118-5158 )

One of my friends has been having this problem with his sm4sh. It happens everytime he tries to do for glory, for fun, or with friends. He also told me he couldn't really find anything else on this problem. Would really appreciate if anyone knew a fix. ( Really hope I posted this in the right forum ;^^ )

I think he has to do some port forwarding stuff for his Wii U or something like that.
