Sheik's Up +B Wont Grab Ledge

I'm talking about when you run off the ledge with sheik and as soon as you run off the stage you should be able to up +B and tilt left to grab the ledge. This is without jumping and was used as a edge guard technique.

Maybe I just cant do it anymore, who knows. Anyone else have this problem or know what im talking about?

Im sure it still works, I do it pretty often
