Share Stock

I was playing doubles with a few friends. Regular setup- 4 stock, team attack on, fd, 4 human players. And I'm like 95% sure this happened: I used share stock on what seemed like the same frame that my teammate died. I returned, taking a stock, but my teammate only used one stock when he died. We essentially got a free stock because I think the game registered the share stock and the death stock as the same life.

So I'm like 95% sure that this happened and I didn't miscount the stocks that my partner had (my bad if I saw something I didn't).
