Greetings Arizona Smashers!
This Saturday we are hosting a Tournament at Paradise Valley mall for Project M Singles+Doubles and Melee Singles and Doubles!
The brackets for PM Doubles and Melee doubles both start at 1PM , melee singles and PM singles will start after they are finished.
All brackets are double elimination APEX 2014 rules.*
The entry fee is 5 dollars per team, and 5 dollars for each entrant in the singles brackets.
Keep in mind 2 dollars of each entry will act as a venue fee, and the other 3 dollars will be added to the prize pool for that bracket.
Prize Splits are 60 percent to first and 40 to second!
We would greatly appreciate any setups you can bring in, as of now we only have 2 pm setups, the more the better!
*Pokemon Stadium 1 in Project M is Banned.

Can you hold one in Flagstaff, evantually? I live there and I want to get recognized for my skill at my age. I can beat most people at EvO, if not everyone. And I don't have time to make it down tomorrow

Unfortunately no, neither myself nor the other TO can make it to flagstaff on any day, and we were trying to build a more local scene for players who can't drive for hours to make it to the ASU weeklies in Tempe. We always post here though, so if you could ever make it down here that would be great to meet you!

if you make more tournaments, my best friend lives down there and we both love melee. And we try to enter any tournament. Its just I usually inform him, and we couldn't get together this weekend

Just wondering, is there like a club or arcade somewhere else in AZ where people can meet and play Smash weekly (not just for tournaments)? I'm well aware of Dolphin Netplay, but my CPU isn't strong enough to use it and I cannot find any other players at all in my state.

If not, will there be another tournament anytime soon?
