that thread is locked, Sandbag deserves an active tread. A tread so strong that is never spills sand.

The thing is this is an original Smash bros character.
Hold the world record for distance traveled by Bat. Imagine that recover option. only drawback is can't "grab" edges.
Sandbag can't be grabbed, that means Sandbag can get up close and personal.

And if items are on, Sandbag drops his own items. That makes him rival and in item usage.

Sandbag will have REVENGE.

Sandbag stands firmly in place. Does nothing.

Side-b - Immobile Intensity

Sandbag conceives of moving horizontally. Does nothing.

Up-b - Flightless Bag

Sandbag dreams of flying into the sky. Does nothing.

Down-b - Unflinching Fibers

Sandbag refuses to yield. Does nothing.

Final Smash - Sandbag Strikes Back

Sandbag glares at the opponent with the concentrated fury of a thousand wooden bats. Does nothing.

I think this could work.
