Request Same spawn time for all ports at the start of a match

At the start of a match the players spawn in a port-dependent manner with P1 being on the ground/platform while P4 is still in the air when "Go!" appears. I would like a code to equalize the spawn time so that the players for all ports are on the ground/platform at the same time. I tried searching the forum, but surprisingly I don't think a code for this exists. Thanks.
