A friend of mine told me that the wobble was recently banned in tournament. rather than scour this huge site for the answer i'll ask the people who know the best. so guys, is it still legal?

wobbling has always been banned in certain tournaments mostly depending on your location, but banning it hasn't been an official rule as of yet. so no..its not banned.
Not banned universally, but some people do it at their tournaments. Check with the host before you use it.
