Return of the Combat Walk tech? (From Brawl)

Heyas. I'm Brisbane's (A City in Australia) local Shulk Main, and I was playing around with the Combat Walk tech which was more originally known in brawl (especially amongst dedicated Ike mains, which I was a part of). So I thought I might make a video showcasing the "useless" tech and how to do it, and when it could possibly ever be used.

I apologise for the video quality (and my voice) but the parts of the video which you really need are... identifyable, to say the least
