you've gotta be a bit more patient bro, not everyone is gonna hop on a tourney immediately, and banning MK is a controversial decision, particularly where two players cant agree to play MK. you might wanna rethink your rules a bit.

It doesnt look like a bad venue or tourney either, just that most people wouldnt be on board for a tourney that's so different. I know the name is reno revolution, but i'm fairly sure more people would be on board if you had a tourney rule setup more similar to pound 4 or APEX.

also, lol 4 neutral stages. how does the first round work exactly?

Well obviously it would be random select or agree on a stage, since stage cross out is out. And yes your right pound 4 or APEX rules would apply but I'm trying something a bit different to balance it out. No FD on neutral because it is not a neutral stage heavily favors projectile characters and so should be left as a CP. But I'm hoping people really pay attention this could pay out way more than is stated above.
