Razor Leaf's properties (new discovery?)

So i'm playing against Ice Climbers, and they use Glacier, I counter with Razor Leaf, and not only does it go through their attack, but it also sends it back at them!

Has anyone else noticed this? Unfortunately I couldn't save the match, but maybe I could do some more testing... Ivysaur may have become a little more volatile...

What attack would that be? Their neutral or down b?

The ice shards bounce off of EVERYTHING. Even shields. Razor Leaf does not reflect projectiles.

He was talking about IC. Neutral B shoots tiny glaciers, and they are known to bounce off nearly everything, but when they bounce, they don't change player 'possession,' but just change direction.
