Random Song Choice for Arena doesn't work

If you go to the online arena and pick "random" as your song choice for the stage, it'll typically only pick what's the first song (or default song) for that stage.

For example, I kept getting Vampire Killer on Castlevania's stage despite having it set to random. Another example is having Ashley's Song (JP) always playing on Wario Ware.
