Randall the Cloud (Yoshi's Story) Timings

For whatever reason, some smashers believe Randall (The white cloud on Yoshi's Story pictured below) appears randomly. Randall's path is in fact not random, since he is fixed at a constant speed and is constantly moving in the same loop. From what I can tell, Randall is on the screen for about 4 seconds at a time at one given side of the stage Yoshi's Story in Super Smash Bros. Melee.

Color coded timings:
Randall starts halfway down on the left side when the match begins.
7:54 to 7:50 - RIGHT
7:44 to 7:40 - LEFT
7:34 to 7:30 - RIGHT
7:24 to 7:20 - LEFT
7:14 to 7:10 - RIGHT
7:04 to 7:00 - LEFT
6:54 to 6:50 - RIGHT
6:44 to 6:40 - LEFT
6:34 to 6:30 - RIGHT
6:24 to 6:20 - LEFT
6:14 to 6:10 - RIGHT
6:04 to 6:00 - LEFT
5:54 to 5:50 - RIGHT
5:44 to 5:40 - LEFT
5:34 to 5:30 - RIGHT
5:24 to 5:20 - LEFT
5:14 to 5:10 - RIGHT
5:04 to 5:00 - LEFT

Here's the just with the timer:
X:YZ

Y is even = left side
Y is odd = right side

Z is 4 = Randall comes out
Z is 0 = Randall goes in

(ie watch the 10s and 4s.)

Bonus: Taunt Canceling can be done on Randall. He's that awesome. Just taunt as he goes into the side of the stage and you will cancel your taunt.

Good stuff, but obviously no one is going to memorize all that so here's the summary:

X:YZ

Y is even = left side
Y is odd = right side

Z is 4 = Randall comes out
Z is 0 = Randall goes in

This could be fairly helpful.
