When you up-smash oos does the up-smash come out on frame 8 or are there some frames of lag between when your shield drops and the up-smash starts?

So basically, you don't get the shield drop frames. You jump cancel the shield, then you Usmash to cancel the jump to be technical.

No, Cracker/Tin Man. You still have to go through the one frame from starting a jump, so it's frame nine at the earliest, frame 13 at the latest.

Fortunately, you can still JC while the hitbox is still out, so long as shield stun is over.
