Its possible to walk from bart to quaks, but you'd have to get off at 12th street oakland, walk threw china town, continue threw the webster tube, follow webster ALL THE WAY till you have to turn, then you should know the rest.

Depending on your walking speed, and body length, it should take no more than 1:30 to 2 hours.

P.P.S. If you're going to follow my directions, make sure you use some **** deodorant, so you're not funking on arrival. No one likes funky smashers.

Actually, just use deodorant regardless if you're walking or not. Bad personal hygiene is such a turnoff. Not to mention, no one will play you.
