I have some advice for you as a Lucas main.
You should learn how to DJC pk freeze. It is part of why Lucas has such a great neutral game. DJC pk freeze is faster than short hop pk freeze, is lower to the ground, and is easier to follow up on. DJC pk freeze can lead into almost anything and can even combo into DACUS
You should also just learn to DJC in general. DJC magnets and aerials are great ways to shield pressure and combo
here's a vid about DJC aerials
Magnet approaches can combo into DJC aerials, wave dash back aerials, running up smash, and more so its something you should try more of. Magnets are essential to Lucas's combo game.
Also you should practice wave dashing more. Lucas has an amazing wavedash. Wavedashing out of magnet is important for a lot of followups.
Also you use a lot of dash attack which can be useful but is often outclassed by approaching magnet, fair, djc fair, etc.
There are a lot more kill options than f-smash that are more reliable. D-throw can combo into B-air for a spike or a kill off the sides or top if opponents don't DI the D-throw correctly, and sweetspot f-air, the later hits of n-air, and b-air can kill.
And lastly you should be using Jump Cancelled grabs instead of dash grabs.

I already know about Lucas. 80% though. Been watching Neon videos. I wouuld watch Pink Fresh videos but Vgbootcamp took all the project m down. I main Wario as you can see by my profile. Lol Anyway we have to team up next time. Cya "brother" lol

Haha, not sure what you mean but I'll take it as a compliment. I should probably get good at other characters as well but it's enough of a challenge figuring out one character. You were a fun opponent.

My friend code is for the 3ds the only system i have smash bros. for 2079 8390 5278.

Prefer 1 on 1 4 or 5 minutes or 3 or 4 lives. No stage hazards or items.(mainly just want to improve my 1 on 1 skills. or just play pvp for love of the game)

Play just my favorites regardless on how good they are- mega man,gannondorf,samus,ike,windwaker link,link,charizard,greninja,robin,lucina and my main-mewtwo(soon to be released dlc character)

I try to add as much people as i can. 1000 plus pages of friend codes maybe impossible add everyone on this thread but like i said i ll try.
