Your best bet is to build an ISO.
If you want to use netplay, there's a Linux ISO builder in this thread. If you just want to play PM, or want to use save files, download the console ISO builder linked at the top, and swap the /wit/ folder for the folders in these ZIP files (put the two /wit/ folders together. I had to split them up because the server was being stupid), then run the Python script via the terminal.
