project m not loading codes properly?

Hi im having a little problem loading Project m, im using the hombrew version on my wii and whenever i try to load PM it takes me to Brawl and for the character select screen is kinda messed up, it looks like it half loaded PMs css and when i try to select a character my wii freezes.

My sd card is 4gb and its been formatted to FAT32 and its not named projectm either,could it be a problem with the codeset?
any help would be apreciated thank you.
