Project M launcher crash!

I need help because the launcher keeps on crashing on me when it tries to load the news with saying Exception (DSI) occurred!; and when i start the game before the web info loads, it crashes again but with a black screen and same goes with exiting.... Before you tell me to re install the game, I have done that 4 times.
