Project M 3.6 Beta CPU Level 9 Fox Spam

This is just a bug that i think is very annoying. I am using Project M Full Set. Every time i fight a level 9 Fox CPU he just spams projectiles all match and when i finally get close to him he goes all over the place and i cant even touch him.
