Project M 3.0 Wi-Fi Build: Samus desynchronizes online play?

I've desynched against a friend during three matches while using Samus on Metal Cavern and Yoshi's Island. He was using Sheik and Mewtwo. Green Hill Zone and Final Destination don't seem to be affected.

EDIT: It's happened everywhere. Definitely think it's Samus.
