What's a good way to deal with pressure? I can only deal with it with some match ups but my main problem is a match up with Luigi.

OoS nair, jabs, grabs.
Against Luigi you especially don't want to get grabbed so you have to try and use more aerials to space. There's a whole thread on how to deal with Luigi, though.
