Pressing Cstick DLR (not U) immediately after tall jumping, causes double jump

Pressing Cstick DLR (not U) immediately after tall jumping with controlstick results in your double jump being used on all characters. this means that tall jumping down air with perfect timing is impossible if your using the control stick to jump
