Pokemon Battles in Brawl - Hear me out

Me and my friends invented this game where on Melee we stand on the pokemon stadium level - we each stand on the lines provided and take it in turns to throw a pokeball into the centre of the circle (pokeballs on high); When you get hit you cannot move, you can only DI.

I think this would be a great feature in Brawl it would make for great multi-player play too.
lets hope they wouldn't get sued by pokemon though.....

Anyone got any ideas about how the pokemon battle could be run?

I think having each character in a glass balcony either side of the stage and each turn the one throwing the pokeball rises and the other falls.

Yeah, I just noticed this has nthing to do with stages in Brawl.

But... Couldn't you just do what you guys do in Melee, but on the Brawl Pokemon Stadium?

I think everyone and their mum's has tried that for fun at some point or another. But this is stage discussion. Sorry mate.

Yea this is talking about the stages, not the kind of games you can play on the stages.

If you wanna do that just buy yourself Pokemon Stadium... why would you want to have people just throw pokeballs instead of regular fighting? it would sound a little cool but as an Event or something.
