Peach Neutral B Hitbox/Frame Data?

I can't really seem to find any hitbox gifs or frame data on Peach's neutral B where she pulls out Toad. I have seen some stabs in the dark about the frame time but they don't seem too accurate.

If someone could help me out that would be amazing even if you don't have a hitbox gif, raw frame data could work also.

I feel this move is slightly underutilized and have found it useful when recovering against people like Marth and would just like to know more
