I get hard countered by MK and Marth. They are equally if not more ******** than Oli and Weegee.

I'm gonna clear up a couple things.
"Priority" is a word you use only for attacks that aren't disjointed and are on the ground, such as Kirby's fsmash versus Ganon's dtilt. Non-disjointed ground attacks will either have more priority than the other and will simply go through the attack, or their priority will be even and they'll clank.
All other attacks' priority is a measure of speed and disjointedness. When two non-ground moves meat at the same time, they will not clank. Instead they'll trade hits. It's a little different for Olimar because the pikmin have a hitbox of their own.
In Olimar's case with his pikmin attacks, you look at the health of the pikmin, the speed of the attack, and the disjointedness of the attack to determine whether or not it will beat out attacks.
Yellows have a disjointed hitbox on them because of the sparks- the same way Pikachu's fair is disjointed. Depending on where exactly the disjointedness of the yellow upsmash is, we can determine whether or not it, when spaced well, will beat out what non-disjointed attacks and at what angle. Since it can be difficult to do that, we can just test it out in training mode or something.
