I used to main Olimar back in the days. But I still play him competitively and for fun. Some of my memory may have escaped me but I designed this move set tier list.

I believe some of it is inaccurate but that's what these boards are for right? May edit as necessary.

ummm I'm just gonna suggest now you need to utilt moar if you think it's his least useful move (amazing defensive move) and say your list is off. ;x
