Well the people you play need to improve, when i mained D3 i killed people at 100% with his UpTilt or Bair as well. Landing a killmove isnt hard...people just dont know how to do it cuz...i dont know ...
EDIT: 150% As jigs? What characters are you playing against?

any character can die under 150%, it depends on whether your opponent wants to diminish his move trying to get you to 100%, or play smart and use weak knock back moves to get you to 100% and then use the killing move he/she's been saving up. thats how i think of it

I agree even thought I beat speedn last time I still gotta say he is better cuz he doesnt choke and is more reliable overall. If I dont choke then thats different story.....

Along with all of her ariels having 0 lag.
