So, split 2 ways thats 35$/apiece.
Split 3 ways thats 25$/apiece
Split 4 ways thats 18$/apiece
Full car would be 15$/apiece.

Add in your food expenses at 5$/meal for at least 3-4 meals, thats 20$ to be safe for food expenses.
RAM can house us, so no housing expenses.
5$ door fee
10$ per event you enter. (10$/person for teams)
So if you entered all 4 events, you'd need

65$ total for expenses, not including gas or drinks/snacks.
